First real cardio in a couple of weeks -- may have overdid it a little with a long trail run in Bear Mountain State Park from about 1100 to just past 1300...it was a hot day, and after about 3 weeks of trying to gain weight from lifting and eating, I definitely felt it on this run...I had planned to go a little farther (~12-13 miles) but I ran out of water and was cramping...this was a very hilly run and I topped Bald Mtn, Dunderberg, and the Timp...I am tired
