From 13JUN to 20JUN, I was in Turks & Caicos Islands in the British West Indies.
Aside from a few (shorter) ocean kayaking excursions and my first two ocean scuba dives (39 and 43 min. bottom time), I had 5 dedicated workouts.
13JUN -- lift and 2 mile treadmill run
14JUN -- none
15JUN -- lift and ~3 mile beach run (did this fast, tore up my feet)
16JUN -- lift, 20 min. bike, and crossfit lifts
17JUN -- scuba diving
18JUN -- lift, 20 min. bike intervals, and crossfit lifts
19JUN -- lift, 20 min. bike intervals, and crossfit lifts
20JUN -- 20 min. bike intervals, 15 min. rower intervals, crossfit lifts
Crossfit lifts were me working on things that I could work on that I was bad at in crossfit WODs (like dumbbell thrusters)
Overall, each lift/cardio day took about ~1 hr, 20 min or so.
