Last ruck before heading to Bragg...rucked in the hot part of the day, which was awful...still overall had a good pace though I pretty much died at the end...64-65 lbs. pack with water.

At 10 minutes, did max narrow grip (12) + another 10 regular (simulating during an APFT)...overall did 167 push-ups
