Lovely class. Really enjoyed the narrow squats. Woke with sore legs for second day in a row, deferring run to tomorrow and trying to take it easy today.
1 song warmup (leg swings and figure 8s 10/side, step back lunges to knee drive and squat curls 10 alternating) + walk Then 6 songs run x2 with 1 song walk in between to 48:32, then walk back Bucks Road/cycle trail, some steep bits L hamstrings settled in first run block. Twinges in both knees at various times. Guessing rain and cooler temp made it feel doable to run 6 songs in a row. Weather on walk back particularly unpleasant (rain and wind). Thighs sore on walk back.
