Glad to be walking without too much pain after last night, when I had acute pain in L rear ankle with weight bearing.

Proud of going as far as I did, and over two cattle stops twice. Steering improving. But took me 25min to feel like I'd started to recover. Gasping, shaking, feeling weak. Throat and jaw so painful I took painkillers. K not understanding why it stresses me out or why it's so hard for me, but says he's impressed at how quickly I've got going with it.
