Took ages to get to sleep, woke with DOMS in hamstrings, triceps, lats. Took this workout a little easy. Might be getting a bit slower in slow triceps lowers!

Workout 5. Split squats feeling uncoordinated and just not great. Generally feeling sluggish, it was a struggle not to go for a nap this afternoon.

Bad sleep, R shoulder pain developed shortly after going to bed. R little toe and big toe ball threatening to blister at ballet.

R little toe painful hard callous, L other hip super sore. Sciatic irritation behind L knee. Feet really sore by end, felt like bricks. Tried to be mindful of ankle extension.
