| Had a really bad race. I couldn't get into the map. I was not focused at all. I ended up skipping the second to last control and was DQ. But i mad parallel errors on about 4 controls and make fairly significant mistakes on half of the control. Altogether it was a disappointing race. |

| Ran the sprint after the race my legs were a little tired but i was a little pissed with my race so i didn't affect me to much. Made one root choice error other than that it was pretty clean. |

| Jogged half a mile. Stretched out good, jogged a mile, and did some strides. My calf is still a little week but my legs were really sore all over. |

| Really easy jog just loosening up. Half way through my run though it felt like i pulled a little something in calf. So i stopped. Ill probably take a rest day tomorrow to let it heal. |

| went for a long run. My legs felt tired but i was just moving along. It ended up being much faster than usual. Did some 50m sprints in the middle of the run. |

| Long run felt kind of tired but i just maintained a steady pace I was about 18:30 for 2.7 miles. 17:30 2.6 miles, and 17:16 for 2.7 miles. |
