Saturday Apr 28

Miss punched on blue and a couple little errors but other than the miss punch i felt pretty confident.
Running 10:00 [3]1.5 mi (6:40 / mi)
Easy warm up and down with a lot of stretching.

sprint race. Felt pretty good my legs were a little tired in the beginning but they loosened up and i felt good at the end. A couple little mistakes nothing big just like 2-5 seconds looking here and there.

I haven't been eating enough. So for the last couple days I've been eating much more with a good balance of carbs and protein. So running today i had a lot more energy which is also because of a rest day but i felt a lot stronger more stuff to burn. It was my fastest 10 mile.

Had a race today warmed up 2 miles and warmed down 2 miles.

Used the race as a work out. Ran the 2 mile in 10:33 and then ran the mile in 4:52. The two mile felt really good and easy but then it got cold and i felt kind of bad for the mile.

Tuesday Apr 24

Got a race tomorrow so i did an easy run. Felt kind of tired but i got through the mileage it hasent been to hard so far moving up to a consistent 10 on long runs but will see if i can move up to 12-13 as easily.

Felt good getting back into the training mode again after an off week. It was hot but i got used to it about half way through my run. Ran 10 miles in 71 minutes. Finished up with 4 quarters. 77, 74, 72 ,81, all with a little over a minute. It was a good way to finish.

Ran a little better today still had two big errors. but after that i got focused and finished pretty strong.
