10 Mile road race.
Went out with Tony and Andrew and the LU boys. Felt good to mile 5 and then got a massive cramp just below the right ribs. honestly thought of dropping to catch my breath but decided just to try to calm myself. Knew I was slowing down but focused on smooth running. cramp left maybe mile 8 but the legs were trash.
I likely went out a bit too hard but no regrets. Happy with the effort and I absolutely LOVE racing.
