Felt super tired and not motivated to do the workout, but got into it anyway. Felt surprisingly good. Wore the Sauconys with no rubbing or anything - quite sure I'll wear these for the 30k ME and then we'll make a decision. Happy with the effort.

Kamview XC race
Wasn't planning on racing but Kaia really wanted to go. Put it a bit of a threshold push for 10 minutes and then backed off. So fun to be out there.

Tough one! Not sure what the average is but varied from 3:25 to 3:41. Definitely died for the last 3 ins. outs averaged 3:55-4:11
Chalk it up to gettin into it.
