Scottish Relay Champs - Roseisle - Womens Open 1st leg
Had a different first leg to most others in the green, meant i dropped back a lot and was playing catch up
Did my ankle at 7, wasn't too bad ran it off but slowed me down
Ran in a pack for the first part (up to 9) then dropped off , combo of going off too fast and ankle
Then was a bit sloppy for the rest of it
No13- wasn't paying attention and missed path junction crossing open and gorse so ended up coming back on myself through terrain

Scottish Champs - Craig Leach-
Didn't drink enough water before hand AGAIN, also long jog to the start and was hotter than expected so was quite dehydrated, only really bad on scond half and in the sun
No2- went to wrong hill, wasn't paying enough attention to compass or map, minimal time loss
No8- didn't check compass enough, in my head i just needed to contour when actually need to go up, luckily the feature was massive open marsh was so was easy to relocate and find, time loss: 1.45
No13- ran off a withput fully knowing where i was going was so was quite hesitant for the rest of the leg, time loss:0.30
Rest of the course I just felt very sluggish and slow, nav was fine though

Nice jog around nav was pretty easy, meant i didn't have to concerntrate which was really appreciated

felt pretty good, breathing was a bit dodgy and my legs were still a bit tired from the weekend
