WIOL State Champs. This was a terrible race for me. I really messed up on 2. I spent 33 minutes looking for it. Other than that, it was fine.

I think I'm sick but the tempo was so good so I'm questioning whats going on with my body.

The easy part of this run was awful. I was so nauseous and couldn’t run for more than .5 miles without having to walk. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow.
