First steeple of the season was so fun! I’m very proud of my training buddies for absolutely killing it! I somehow got a 14 second PR even though my form was atrocious. Sadly, it was much better during warm ups. This was honestly so fun and I wish I could do it more often! I can definitely improve a lot, I wasn’t killing myself to run this fast and barriers were not great. Looking forward to my next race!!!
