Catching Features/3D rerun 40:00 [0]

We did nothing in Spanish and my only homework is to film a skit, which I have to do outside of school so I did some running wilds
4 PM

Running 30:42 intensity: (42 @0) + (55 @1) + (24:37 @2) + (4:28 @3) 3.21 mi (9:33 / mi) +87ft 9:19 / mi
ahr:157 max:178

Easy run home from filming my Spanish group project because I had no other form of transportation. I brought 2 previous JWOC long maps and studied them. I’ve been thinking about how to get more used to reading and running especially with 1:15k so I’ve been wanting to do this for a while and I finally did an easy run so I was able to! Legs were dead from yesterday and lower back felt like it was slowly being sawed in half :)

Monday Jun 3 #

5 PM

Running 48:28 intensity: (1:26 @0) + (1:53 @1) + (18:04 @2) + (10:06 @3) + (7:39 @4) + (9:20 @5) 5.86 mi (8:16 / mi) +614ft 7:32 / mi
ahr:170 max:199

Now that I’m not sick and on the verge of injury, I can finally start doing actually hard workouts for JWOC. I’ve honestly been feeling a little guilty for not starting to train earlier, but track ended so late, and my body definitely needed a solid break and then I got sick. Now I have a lot of finals and stuff so I’ll be limited on time, but I’m planning on trying my best to get as many good quality sessions in as possible.

This is my favorite hill workout, but it’s really hard and also kind of scary. I’ve done it a few times before and I was actually able to “PR” on this hill by 11 seconds during this workout! I’m very scared to do three of these hills next week
2x2k hills all out@9:01, 9:04
Rest: run back to start
