Life after biking, Cook's lifting plan. Pull ups, push ups and abs afterwards and then pilates

Pull from yesterday turns out to be a small strain. Told to minimize actual running and move towards biking and swimming with Pilates. 7-14 days, ice at least once a day.

Circuit (Push ups and Sit ups) 20:00 [1]
Tried jogging, felt a small pull, stopped and switched to Push up and Sit up Circuit. Getting evaluated tomorrow.

Bagel Shop Run, very long, very hard. Stomach bothered me, stopped at Shop, ran really well, shins and knees bothered me early on.
