well so the blister was big enough it had to be drained and i’ve been instructed not to run for at least 4-5 days… so scratch the last it’s now going to be strength and map study until saturday

spontaneously thought 'why not run home from my high school?' so i jumped in the car with my brother, then traced my bike route backwards (through mount royal along prospect ave, 14 st, 26 ave, batallion park, signal hiill, 69 st)

did somehow give myself a toonie-sized blood blister on the bottom of my left foot...

other than that feeling much better than a week ago
