AHHH, I'm not used to speed workouts
4 x 300 @ 800 pace (aka all out) aiming for 0:58 with 7 minute rest

This workout was def in the sweet zone of omg that was so hard but also it was only 4 reps so the finish never felt too far away. That being said, the finish has never felt farther than when i almost passed out at the 150 of the last rep. My body is not used to running that fast for reps and i will be feeling it, esp in my calves and quads. I did have my calf taped up but it still hurt pretty bad by the end of the workout. Gonna focus on refueling and rehydrating my body for the rest of the evening
