Felt really strong on the first 2 then died a bit in the last one, rest felt really short and lost track of Sophie so wasn't really paying attention to speed, more just making sure she wasn't lost. Had trouble getting up to speed after that but did ok overall.

Ok I'll be honest, I did this without checking my paces beforehand and went in on the assumption that my tempo pace is usually 7 flat ish. These were supposed to be a lot faster. 6:30-6:45 pace but hey, I put the work in anyways and the season is still quite a ways away
