Good area and nice course sadly I fell over on the track and ruined myself. Sat down and Debated just giving up and heading back but decided to keep going it wasn't actually too bad both knees were hurting going up and down hills but I was still jogging and nav was fine nice course and a nice time other than the fall. Nice bruised knees now hurt while walking but should be fine.
