Sprint training through Arizona State University. Pain on outer foot made me stop at the half of the second round. I wanted to prevent not being able to run later so I cut it short.

Race through Ironwood, Probably the flattest Map I've ever been on. A combination of good direction taking at the controls (yes, finally) and some luck managed to make me have a quick race.
objective was to check the compass often.

Start-1 cautious start, followed the trail to plan in advance. the just ran up keeping the right ditch to my left.
1-2 kept the ditch in my eye hesitated towards the end
2-3 a little hesitant towards the end.
3-4 followed the stream tried to see the big intersection.
4-5 came out with bad direction seeing the green on the right saved me.
5-6 tried leaving at the bend of the ditch, poor direction at the end.
6-7 good control
7-8 good leg for the first part, lost my cool towards the end and went too low, parallel error mad the relocation take longer than usual.
8-9 head to head with Andrew didn't take a proper direction and landed 30 meters too far left.
9-10 good leg, erreur volontaire to the right to get the control for sure.
10-11 took the trail to be sure not to miss the trail?ditch intersection. maybe not the best choice...
11-12 nice leg made sure to get the ditch intersection midway.
12-13 again head to head with Andrew, didn't take a proper direction landed way too high and thought I was too low, had to wait for him to come to get the control.
12-finish fast sprint through the cacti !
