Gonna have to take a little while off. Not able to put any weight at all on the heel. Will see how its feeling the next couple days and go from there.

West Conference Steeplchase
Again, not as great as I would have liked. First half is always great and then second half drops dramatically. Apparently I also hurdled the last couple water jumps by accident, guess I wasn't thinking right because I did not notice whatsoever. Also landed pretty hard on my heel. Don't think it's anything too serious, just swollen enough so that I couldn't run the rest of my events
