| National event, Whitbarrow, Lakes. Ran quite well considering how I felt yesterday and was shocked with position (4th, just over two minutes down on OJ), especially as I made a large mistake. The forest bit was awesome, the open very fast and easy. |

| Short race in Stockbird Head, Lakes. Ran reasonably but my heart beat was strange and I had no ooomph at all. Alos made a dead stupid mistake by following the north line from 15 torwards 4. Nice little wood but didn't enjoy it much. |

| Redmires-Stanedge and Rivelin dams circuit with Matt. Tired and stiff from last night but ran ok once things woke up. Matt died at the end so did a few hill reps while I was waiting. Now tired all over... |

| Still a bit off colour from last weeks cold, suffered on the arm exercises but in general wasn't too bad a session. Changed to doing 5 sets of exercises at each station in stead of 6, made it harder as there were more cardio ones and therefore more time spent out of breath. |
