| CSC in Greno Woods. Cold, windy and snow showers. Fun... Ran fairly well after stuffing no1 up. Not as unpleasant as I was expecting, brambles generally quite low. Plenty of long climbs but a decent course. OJ was 3 minutes clear in the lead just under 56. |

| Rivelin with Shane. Straight up the hill from the river. Felt flat for the first half but managed a decent effort on the hills. Had to get out to get rid of the frustration of the rugby results - a last minute try in both games cost the 6 nations. |

| Dropped down into Rivelin, along the bottom and then back up the long bridle path. Felt a lot more tired than I was expecting, but it was such a beautiful morning that I just had to enjoy the run. |
