Note
(sick)

Tried a day without any drugs, made it to dinner time but then crashed. Plenty of aching still being done but am improving.

Note
(sick)

No chance of being able to run today, but thankfully the club didn't need me and FVO yet again won the day. Almost getting embarrassing being so much better than all the other clubs...

Note
(sick)

A pleasant day with Fionne and Orla, including a bit of packing up at the Eccy woods event. As much as I could manage. Also meant no dancing (shucks!) at Jon and MC's wedding party.

Note
(sick)

Spent the day feeling that I wasn't feeling right and by the time I got home I knew it. Going for a new record of how often I can get ill in a season!

had some interesting dreams last night but don't think I'm too ill. I ache a lot and feel flat a tired, but otherwise not too bad. CST on Sunday not looking all that promising though.

Yep, nicely ill for sure, body very achy and throat tight, but head is at least clear.

Run - Trail 1:02:12 intensity: (2:44 @0) + (47:16 @1) + (12:06 @2) + (6 @3) 6.97 km (8:56 / km) +191m 7:51 / km
ahr:119 max:146 shoes: Adidas Kanadia TR2

Very east trot around Polmaise with Lard (recovering from a cold) and mark H (just very, very slow!). Went exploring some bits around the quarry which was fun, shame to see a big chunk felled on the south side but otherwise it's as I remember.

Note

All day either in the Land Rover or tramping around putting out bat detector boxes. Lots of time tramping through bogs but not to the extent that you could call it training.
