Quick session at Spot with Ollie and Mark. Lost ability since the last time and generally getting on quite rubbish. At least the legs were nothing more than tired from yesterday.

Run with rcro from Llyn Brianne. Somewhere I've wanted to visit for ages and will be back, interesting area. Route was much nicer than I was expecting following a pretty hidden valley with just an old trail in it. Have to go back on a bike. Wind was much stronger than I was expecting, and was glad to be in a valley for a lot of it, but weather otherwise actually pretty decent. Legs weren't decent though, and really did not enjoy the running side, struggling massively with tight quads. Don't think they've been this bad before so time for some serious work. Goof day out but much more tired than I should have been.

HFW. Two ejits in cars in Tong this evening, another coming against my priority and a dithere lady who first turned in the middle of the road, then stopped and mounted the pavement before passing me with little space. Otherwise, just very wet.

HFW. Better than this morning. Lady in an Audi TT in Tong didn't seem to realise that cyclists count as traffic and that she should give way to one when the sign says priority to oncoming traffic. She seamed to find it amusing that I had to avoid her.

Run home from work after a pizza buffet - not as painful as I was expecting. Although my quads were still so sore that I was paying more attention to them than my stomach. About 50/50 road and grass, the latter of which was super soft, slippery and wet. One day I am going to feel good enough to actually enjoy running home.
