With Jonny up to Renne-le-chateaux. Nice and cool and a steady pace. Felt better than I was expecting as have done so little running recently. Got slightly misplaced while trying an alternate route towards the end.

IW. Raining, not so bad, but a very cold rain. Got cold legs in shorts (and wet feet courtesy of the holes around the cleats in my new shoes) but warm enough as was in a thermal today. Not many others about, not surprising. Good through lights but still pretty slow.

MDC run to Chartists Cave from the south. Nice run across the Circuit of Wales moorland and then a long fast grassy descent. Lots of stopping and waiting (time excluded) as we ran in one group. Legs surprisingly up for it but not much fitness in them. Quads a little tight but ITB good. Big crowd, including three new runners.
