After yesterday's flare up I didn't want to put the hip under pressure so had a pretty lazy day. Cycling would have worked but it wasn't the nicest of days.

Was planning on an easy trot but my hip sized up again when in the supermarket. It loosened out again but hurt enough for me to want to rest it for longer.

IW. Nice to have a lie-in - well at least it felt like one. Not very energetic, but felt okay and hip not a problem at all. Good run through the lights but quite a strong headwind all the way in, still surprised to be so slow. Down the road before realising that I'd forgotten my helmet.

Loop from the refuge in the mountains high above Athens - a much nicer place to say that in a city apartment. Bit early but only struggled awakeness wise on the first hill, thereon it was just accumulated tiredness. Some great trails and lots of deer. Again, right hip seized right up when I tried to stride out, but was okay climbing. Good end to a great week.

Day of driving and visiting Delphi. Hip was fine driving and walking up hill, but really tightened and was painful coming down. However, after some poking and stretching it appeared to get better. Also had a short walk up a hill above Delphi where it mostly behaved better.
