Gravel bike 3:55:00 [2] 64.0 km (3:40 / km) +748m 3:28 / km

Loop of Cardiff (staying within the country boundary) with Emma. Quite a horrible day, wet and windy but thankfully not too cold - though felt cold by the end. Some nice bits (most of the north is good), some new bits and some horrible bits (traffic along the south). Good day out though. (Nicked Emma's GPX as my watch still refusing to be read without first formatting).

Quick loop from Martyn's. Struggle up the hill, but better than last week. Also moving better in general, but still not an enjoyable flow. Managed to keep dry aside from some wet vegetation.

Field work on Gelligaer Common for work. Amazing day, had to strip to my pants in the middle of the common to take my base layers off!. All walking, out about 6 hours.

FVO Pilates. Tried to put a bit of effort into this this evening, but when it's the only strength type of exercise that I've been doing each week, it means that I struggle. need to do more.
