Loop of the Rhonda on the gravel bike. Odd, as just about all of it was familiar from various runs, but haven't cycled much of it before, even got to visit a new trig. Hadn't realised that the forest roads strayed from RCT in a few places. Lovely day and loads of people out, especially illegally off-roading in 4x4s, quads and motorbikes.

Run - Road 36:15 intensity: (1 @0) + (58 @1) + (1:26 @2) + (11:20 @3) + (20:51 @4) + (1:39 @5) 7.55 km (4:48 / km) +73m 4:35 / km

To Gabalfa for chiro again. Body not enjoying the early morning and legs not so keen on the roads. Took a slightly longer route than was necessary but had to keep the pace up to make it in time.
9 AM

Run - Road 45:35 intensity: (29 @1) + (2:01 @2) + (30:27 @3) + (11:56 @4) + (42 @5) 9.06 km (5:02 / km) +51m 4:54 / km

Back from Gabalfa. Legs enjoying it less, so cut back on the effort a bit. Explored so new bits of Whitchurch and bumped into GD44 and Dawn, not seen them since the start of the year. Expecting GD44 to be bigger as he's been very lazy!

Watch refusing to be read by the computer again, so will probably lose the data for this run. Annoying, as it was all exploring new places on the hills above Nelson. Running like a fat man but other than going slow, not feeling too bad. Hip a bit stiff on climbs. Lovely evening.

Note

Had plans but a last minute deadline for work kept me a bit late and stole my motivation.

To Galbafa for chiropractor. First time on Taff Trail since the start of March. Not a whole lot changed. Figured I'm allowed into Cardiff for a medical appointment.
6 PM

Bike - Road 24:38 intensity: (29 @1) + (19:05 @2) + (4:36 @3) + (28 @4) 9.64 km (2:33 / km) +20m 2:32 / km

Back home. Felt odd to be doing this and to be on the single speed again.

MDC RCT Tuesday, exploring Craig Yr Hesg with Ollie. May be worth a map, so great features, good variety, some nice bits of woo and a good path network but very steep. May have a good middle distance in it. Easy enough pace, which was enjoyable. A few brambles when in a rush to get back at the end.

Computer has been refusing to read my Garmin for the past week so had to format it. Seems happy again now but have lost the past week of data.

Pilates 53:00 [1]

FVO Plates. Standard, though gave the quads a good roll as well. Wonder how often a week I would have to do to notice any difference in my flexibility?
