Run around Cwmaman, exploring quite a lot of new trails. Some very nice bits worthy of further exploration. Slow to get going and first climb was a struggle, but I did actually manage to run it all, which I can't take for granted these days. Also had enough strength to keep going on the second climb and to keep running well until the end. Very positive.

With Ollie around Lanwonno as he'd not been to the volcano before. Apparently is actually used to smoke as coal in it burnt underground. Body pretty tired and lacking strength, but enjoyed the down hill bits. Cold and misty and we just made it back before dark.
