Bike - Static 23:00 intensity: (7 @0) + (15:29 @1) + (6:13 @2) + (1:11 @3)
ahr:115 max:141

Quick spin on the turbo to loosen the legs out, which have a combination of DOMS from climbing and running.

Black Mountains Race route in reverse with Marthyn and Gary, while 8 other MDC did it, or a variation of, the usual way. Not the best day for, though much warm than the past few sunny days, it was wet at the start and then just mist, so didn't get to see anything. Much slower than last weeks long run, but was much more tired at the end, which I wasn't expecting as I'd had quite and easy week otherwise. Will have to do the race sometime.

Climbing 40:00 [1]

Spot with Mark and Matt. No noticeable improvement over two weeks ago (at least for me), although my fingers weren't hurting as much afterwards. Strength very pathetic in all areas. Nice to be out again though.

Walk 1:06:29 intensity: (50:03 @0) + (16:09 @1) + (17 @2) 8.48 km (7:50 / km)
ahr:79 max:124

Walk around viewpoints for work. Wasn't expecting it to be so cold, but an amazing morning with frost, clear skies and the mist rising off the levels. Hip surprisingly sore at the end of this.

Run - Trail 42:51 intensity: (41 @0) + (7:18 @1) + (19:20 @2) + (14:15 @3) + (1:12 @4) + (5 @5) 8.05 km (5:19 / km)
ahr:130 max:167 shoes: Asics trail (orange)

Run around much the same route as I'd walked earlier as had a bit of time while waiting to meet a client. Thought I'd be running on the road in the dark on the way home so didn't have the shoes for this - very slippery (also lots of styles). Took a bit to get going, probably because the right hip was sore from the walk, fine once warmed up though.

Bit of a mad day with work so didn't have time to escape for the hour planned. Lovely day, so glad I managed to find the time to get out in the daylight.

MDC from Cwmcarn into Abercarn. Mild evening but really misty on the hill. Long slow climb through the forest to start and then a fun descent down the bike routes. Pace was pretty honest and was pleased to be able to keep up with the front bit of the unsteady group. Another very enjoyable run.

Pilates 52:14 intensity: (52:00 @0) + (14 @1) 0.53 km (1:39:18 / km)

FVO Pilates. Both wanting to take this easy, so had be be respectful to it on the cardio bits and anything requiring much in the way of effort.
