Walk around Merthyr Mawr with Richard on a really stunning day - had to get out and do something. Detour into Porthcawl for ice cream was quite a bit further than I was expecting. Tires by the end - out 5 hours.

SWOC park Series - Llanishen Park.
Pretty good course only slightly marred by there being a control in the wrong place. Legs spent from last nights efforts so a struggle to get any sort of pace out of them - hard work for first few km but eventually got going by the end. Grand evening again and another good turnout.

MDC run from Merthyr Vale. New route but have run of it in bits before, quite mixed but mostly quite nice. Very tough and steep start followed by a fun mountain bike track descent and then an old tunnel. Tried hard on the second climb and was spent by the top. Overall happy with the way I ran and am getting a bit of fitness back - will by tired tomorrow though!
