Checking Margam again. Just about done now and with maybe another 200 edits made to the map. Jogged and trotted and calf happy with that. Neck not happy though, quite a bit more DOMS today! Forest in good shape. Using an old pair of shoes which just held together long enough. Note, found two spades (together) and two golf balls (separately) - will collect the spades when in the forest with a car.
Goof hard session at Spot, adjusted to climbing again so can get a good session out of it. Took a good fall from about 2m and landed flat on my back, giving me whiplash in my neck (managed to finish the route on my third attempt though) - neck quite stiff so expect it'll be a bit sore over the weekend.

In west Wales for a site visit and finished early enough in to tick 6km of the coast path. Legs tired and sore from last night but the calf was grand. Actually a very enjoyable loop, was going to do about 6km but decided to extend as I was feeling okay. Calf got to about 8km before I could feel it, not badly but a good warning not to do too much too soon.

First 'run' in three weeks! Big group tonight and I was happy pottering along in the middle, making sure not to put to put too much pressure on my calf. Worked, as had no issues, which was a relief. Lovely evening for a run and surprisingly mild. Lovely bike track to descend at the end but wasn't able to stride out.
