Checking the Bay for the Park series in a few weeks, which was a job job that I did as there were quite a few changes needed - back home to re-plan the courses afterwards! Amazing warm and sunny day.

SWOC local at Gwaelod. Always lovely to run in these woods, but the hill is definitely getting steeper! Chugged away at a steady pace, that I could hold on all but the steepest climb, and took the downs steady. A few minor 10-20 wobbles but otherwise good - but I do know the area well. Lovely sunny morning as well.

5.5 hours finishing off the main bit of the Hensol map. Forgot my glasses and thought I was going to have a frustrating time not being able to see the base, but the gloomy morning cleared and the brighter light was enough to be able to see the map. Wasn't expecting to finish the area, but made good progress.

Climbing 51:41 intensity: (35:00 @0) + (16:41 @1)

Boulders with Josh and Simon. New routes, which are always fun. Enjoying this but it does seem to aggravate my knee more than running does- even climbing down as much as possible.

Managed to get myself out and moving, abet pretty slowly, after work. Had been planning on running at lunch but had a CPD, which was unfortunate as it was due to rain in the evening, and it certainly did - was pretty mild at least.

Lunchtime shuffle on quite a nice day, though the ground was surprisingly still quite wet after Monday. Did not have the oomph today.

MDC Ogmore, bit of a cool breeze but otherwise a very nice evening. Big steady group so quite a lot of stopping, but a respectable pace in between. Would liked to have run faster but my legs weren't able for it anyway. Lovely food and evening courtesy of Matin and Kay afterwards.

Note

Again, should have done something, but it was a horrible day out.
