The last two SSS trainings used UsynligO, so I found one that was closer to home since I was short on time. This 4.2km course was created in January 2023 by Alex Merka and was called Intervals.

I started off on the wrong trail, after thinking that I should have found it, I checked my phone and it said that I was about 150m off, so I realized my mistake and found it quickly.
The rest of the course seemed to be hit or miss (more miss) with hitting the controls, I didn't have control descriptions, so just tried for what looked to be the middle of the circle, but most of the time I was about 20-40m off. Besides the first control, no real mistakes, just lost tons of time with the last few meters to the controls. It was still great to be able to get into the woods with a map and get some practice. 24.5min/km, 34:52min run, 35min walk, 33:09min idle.

Once I got home, I learned that I'm to be course setter here in January, so it was good to have another visit to the park.
