Prio middle in CZE. Should have been a really cool training but felt that the body just shuts down after 5-10 min, and then all i want is to stop. Feels like i have done a 90 min longd istance at that point.

Gave up after like 6 controls, and jogged the rest, but still high HR at that point. Hope the body gets better.
