Sprint 1 at Needham Town Forest. Was faster than normal because for the first 4 or 5 controls I was trading controls with Katia and then for the rest of the course I was trading controls with Sam, although frankly, she was starting to pull away.

Sprint 2 at Needham Town Forest. Had difficulty motivating myself to go back out. Ran almost the whole course without seeing anyone. HRM says I ran harder, but I felt like I pushed it more on the first course when I was struggling to keep up with Samantha.
