Road Long Jog (Very high altitude) 1:24:21 [4] 16.1 km (5:14 / km) +412m 4:39 / km
ahr:154 max:178 shoes: Asics Trabuca

Again on the Hebalm. The altitude wasn't as hard on me as yesterday, maybe the body starts adjusting immediately. Anyway, a great run with Jan and Markus following a route Jan has done before. Many meters climb but very beautiful. The landscape up here is just breathtaking. Weather was great. Run was good for the soul :)

This was the last run in my so called R + R period. Now I need to start getting fit again :)

Road Running (High Altitude) 1:01:00 [4] 11.2 km (5:27 / km) +230m 4:56 / km
ahr:155 max:173 shoes: Asics Trabuca

Had a nice run with Andrea on the Hebalm (National park in the southern part of Austria). We were at altitude (start at 1500m) and so it was actually very strenuous for me. We ran a circular route on the new OL map - I must say the map is really good, but huge! Took some serious strain while running uphill :) The weather was great but chilly. I guess I would have to call this trail running :)

Road Running 1:03:00 [2] 10.7 km (5:53 / km) +305m 5:09 / km
ahr:144 max:165 shoes: Asics Trabuca

Nice run with Wolf in Henndorf forest. Weather was fantastic as we were running at 3 pm (sun and blue skies) - it got a bit more chilly by the time we got back home.

Route: Me, to wolf, to GrabW (ext), first forest road to ruin, down, back home.

Road Running 56:13 [3] 11.0 km (5:07 / km) +160m 4:46 / km
ahr:140 max:168 shoes: Asics Trabuca

Even though I am taking a week off running (my end of season break) I was jogging with Frank and Markus round the back of henndorf. Felt good to be out there running again with too much strain.

On the weekend I will be heading to Helbam for a training camp so I'll probably also just miss today and tomorrow as well :)
