First OL race of the year. Analysis can be found on my blog! Hard run and on the long leg (4.4 km) I managed to damage my foot in a way that caused much pain. Concentration went to shreds, race went backwards from there.
Was actually quite fit and looking forward to this run. As can be seen by my heart rate, after the injury I actually couldn't run any faster and so I was only "jogging" along with a pulse of 150 - 160! Reached the max on the long leg.
