I think this may have baan one of my cleanest runs ever. Very small mistakes. However the start for me was at 12h300 and it WAS hot, which really cost me. The hills were murder - it was not fun.

Day 4 of the 5 days went well. Not many mistakes, mainly held up by lack of condition. Is very hard running and I'm getting more and more tired. Still moving up the rankings.

Well, today was a watershed day - terrible run, made worse by a schocking map. In the end, just glad to be at the finish. What a shame!

Pushed quite hard from the work go. Made a few mistakes, but it was all for all a very good and clean run. The only problem is condition, I guess I would be running 10 to 15 minutes faster if I was in the form that I was at the beginning of the year. Bummer!

First day! I knew the sand and dunes would be hard, but man am I low on power. Pushed just about as hard as possible from the word go. All very slow, but at least helps with the orienteering. Some bad mistakes cost quite a bit of time, but all in all I was happy with the result.

Just a easy training run round a map to get used to the french terrain. Was raining but I enjoyed it quite a lot.
