Orienteering - AC race (Relay Championships) 51:04 [5] **** 6.4 km (7:59 / km) +250m 6:41 / km
ahr:165 max:182 shoes: Jalas Black FLX

Ran the relay with Florian and Roland. Pushed quite hard, was very difficult on the hills. Few mistakes and over took a few teams....

Long run in Henndorfer Forest with Dion, Frank, Mani and WOlfi - was really a great run. Pushed a bit too hard I think. "nd forest road over the top then back on the first forest road.
