Lot of climb up to the start of the Austrian Cup - ran with Kerschi. nice weather today.

Ran the relay with Florian and Roland. Pushed quite hard, was very difficult on the hills. Few mistakes and over took a few teams....

Long run in Henndorfer Forest with Dion, Frank, Mani and WOlfi - was really a great run. Pushed a bit too hard I think. "nd forest road over the top then back on the first forest road.
