So after realising that I'm almost 10 kg's over my weight limit, I decided that from tomorrow I'm going to start training again.

My goal until end of the year is to get my weight down to under 75 kg's and my immediate running goal is to run a marathon in early 2009. Additionally it will be my first year running in the H40 kat and so I need to be fit for it.

I hope all the medical problems have sorted themselves out and that I can finally have a good winter.

Walked up the Steinwandl today. Was beautiful. Weather and all. Carried Hanna quite a lot.
