KO QF - Led everyone round a very fun course till I turned slightly too early to 11 then cruised into the finish behind the French as top 3 go through (only had 4 in heat so not too much pressure on this one)

KO SF - Again a strong start leading the way until getting confused just before the spectator loop then lost the plot had no idea where we were or were going, then just a hanging on mission but got the right routes near the end to gain back time and stay ahead of Eef Van Dongen
