Second day

1200 warmup

First event was the 200 fly. I went out way too fast and died very early on. Dropped about half a second but could have dropped more.
Second event was the 200 breast. Had an amazing race and dropped 10 seconds! I qualified for champs so I'm excited to be able to swim it again.
Third event was the 200 medley relay. Swam free and absolutely crushed it.
Last event was the 50 free. It was very close to the relay so I was still tired.

1200 warmup

First event was the 100 free. Swam it well but felt a little sluggish, probably from sitting in the car for 4 hours in the morning.\
Second event was the 200 IM. I added time, partly because I was still feeling slow and also because I didn't really know how to swim it because it has been so long.
Last event was the 200 back. Swam it very well and dropped 3 seconds!
