Saturday May 25 #

Stairs 20:16 [4] +1000ft

100 floors - the web said each floor was around 10 feet so i’m using that to make this estimate

Rowing 20:00 [4]

Rowing machine

Walking 20:02 [3] 1.39 mi (14:25 / mi)

Machine wouldn’t tell me elevation gain
Tried running for 5’ but I was at a very slow pace and my heart rate was high so I decided to do some faster walking at a slight elevation and kept my heart rate around 150 (bit higher than normal since I was tired)

Friday May 24 #

Running 42:27 [3] 4.42 mi (9:36 / mi) +406ft 8:50 / mi

Tried to keep my heart rate down today which didn’t exactly work but it was lower than yesterday
The elevation comes mainly from one hill and then a couple other smaller ones.

Strength 22:00 [3]

Thursday May 23 #

Running 38:17 [3] 4.27 mi (8:58 / mi) +276ft 8:27 / mi

Emphasis on trials today although the last mile or 1.25 was on road so I could get back home
First run in my neighborhood in a while, there’s nowhere flat to run, only hills in every direction

Wednesday May 22 #

Walking 1:36:29 [2] 5.0 mi (19:18 / mi) +296ft 18:16 / mi

My calf is still sore from the muscle cramp a couple nights ago so I decided I need to rest it more and I went on a long walk
Something similar happened to my calf last year and I didn’t rest it so it took some time to heal.

Strength 20:00 [3]

Arms and core
Legs are quite sore so resting them a bit

Tuesday May 21 #

Running 33:28 [3] 4.0 mi (8:22 / mi)

3 miles 8:31 avg pace
1 mile 7:53 avg pace

Strength 20:00 [3]

Everything feels very shaky today
I woke up in the middle of the night to a really bad calf cramp too
