Caroline's fundraising course, did kinda bad. the trails were kept disorienting me which was a little embarrassing so I didn't do that great. Also forgot watch so distance is a guess

Easy run, slightly longer than I wanted. Interestingly after my highest load training week of having this watch it now thinks I am worse at running compared to many other weeks were I ran much less and it thought I was a lot better.

20min WU then Mona Fartlek (exept I did it wrong and did 2 x 90s, 2 x 60s, 2 x 30s, and 2 x 15s) then CD back to car. unfortunately did this on the least hilly portion of the run which wasn't what I had in mind but I guess it was fine. I wish I would have remembered the workout correctly.
