Note
(sick)

Was supposed to be a 90min freerun at Salmon la Sac but instead I woke up to stomach pain which seems to have no real sign of stopping.

Running 1:37:55 intensity: (51 @0) + (1:46 @1) + (56:05 @2) + (13:53 @3) + (24:59 @4) + (21 @5) 12.09 mi (8:06 / mi) +566m 7:04 / mi
ahr:161 max:196

Long run at Taylor. Went pretty well, got the CR for Road I climb. Also I learned how to input a route onto my watch so I didn't even have to worry about navigation exept when the trails I wanted to run on didn't exist. Also I meant for this to be a shorter run but due to some of the aforementioned nonexistant trails it became longer. Maybe this wasn't the greatest idea to do before tommorow.

Thursday Jun 6 #

7 PM

Running 49:17 intensity: (19 @0) + (13:54 @1) + (28:18 @2) + (6:37 @3) + (9 @4) 6.08 mi (8:06 / mi) +108m 7:41 / mi
ahr:148 max:173

Tried to go up a trail I saw on Alltrails, however there was a gate with a massive no trespassing sign so I didn't go by it, instead ran along the creek and ate a bunch of salmonberries as a ran. Had to stop a couple times because a group of them looked so good. Also found an incredibly muddy section that resulted in my having to hose myself off when I got home. In conclusion, a very fun run.

Easy run on greasy trails, got pretty muddy

15min WU
5 x 1k with 90-105s active recovery
CD to car

Apparently I split an 18:12 5k in this workout which is kinda crazy because my PR was 18:03

Running 47:23 intensity: (25 @0) + (4:02 @1) + (19:04 @2) + (17:13 @3) + (6:24 @4) + (15 @5) 6.08 mi (7:48 / mi) +307m 6:44 / mi
ahr:160 max:185

who put this hill on my easy run? it actually wasn't bad, although my watch had no clue where I was the entire time so it not only thought I was slow but didn't get the full distance. comparing my turnaround point to AllTrails it seems like I nailed the 3 mile turnaround pretty good.
