Wednesday Evening race at Bellvue college, it was a fantastic map that was really fun to run on, thank you Patrick!

Overall I did pretty good with one major mistake when I convinced myself there was A) a third level B) there was a stairway to it and C) my control was up there. None of those were true and I spent way to long figuring that out (it was on the first floor).

Other mistakes were made but they mostly came about because I wasn't reading the different levels very well, probably something that needs to be worked on.

Back at it! Started things off with an easy run on some trails I've never been on before, found a connecting trail between the pipeline and the Cedar River trail so that was cool, now if I want to run at summit trails I can just park at Landsburg and run there.

Note
(sick)

Yesterday was fun, my stomach pain kept getting worse so I went to urgent care, they poked around a bit and decided that I needed to get scanned, but they did not have a scanner so I had to go to the ER, some more vomiting and passing out later I eventually got scanned, but was feeling good by then. Good news is that it isn't appendicitis and was probably a virus. So I will be taking a couple days off of training to make sure this passes.
