Through the muddy fields of Kolovraty - should have started with this earlier! More fun running wherever you want than doing the same paths again and again. Legs are a bit tired, but took it super easy.

3x8’ Ap2-3 on track. @4:40-3’mk-@4:30-4’mk-@4:20.

Felt quite tired still from last week, but decided to give it a try anyway. Always the first 2’ of each interval were tough and then it went quite ok. Don’t feel super tired afterwards. Definitely deel pressure that I should be faster than this, but I’m trusting the process. So far so good.
